The Bird Statue is an item in Momodora I.
It is just a collectible item, without any effect on the gameplay.
Finding it is very straightforward: Right after the game starts, just follow the only available path to the right. In the fourth room from there, you can see something blinking in a rock formation. Kill any enemy that stands in your way and enter the rock to pick the item up.
